: Ethical approval was issued by Nepal Health Research Council (ID: 59–2023). To make possible informed consent, potential participants were informed in layman’s language about the researchers, the study’s objective, possible risks to the participant, the confidentiality of shared information, and how collected data will be used. No information was actively withheld from participants. Written and oral consent was requested from the participants before the start of the FGD. Participants were informed that they may choose not to answer or to withdraw from the study at any point without the need to state a reason.
: The participants of the FGDs were informed that non-identifiable quotes would be used for publication, and that information that could identify an individual would be redacted to make all participants anonymous.
