: No ethical approval was needed because we had used the demographic and health survey which identifies all data before making it public, and the used DHS data sets are openly accessible. An authorization letter was requested to download the DHS data set and this was obtained from the Central Statistical Agency (CSA) after being requested at dataset and all methods of this study were conducted according to the guidelines laid down in the Declaration of Helsinki principles and based on DHS research guidelines.
