: The study was approved and received ethical clearance from Duke University Health System Institutional Review Board, CUHAS-BMC joint research and ethical review committee, and the Tanzania National Institute for Medical Research (NIMR). Written informed consent was obtained from all enrolled participants over 18 years. Additionally, children 7 years and above assented to participate in the study.
