: This prospective cohort study was performed on data from Shiraz University of Medical Sciences employees’ health cohort study (SUMS EHCS). At the beginning of the data collection related to SUMS EHCS, in order to the use of unidentifiable data in different studies, informed consent was obtained from all subjects and/or their legal guardian(s). Besides, the protocol of the present study was approved by the Medical Research Ethics Committee of Shiraz University of medical sciences (No: IR.SUMS.REC.1400.304).
