: Ethical clearance and approval letter to conduct study was obtained from Wolaita Sodo University institutional review board with the Ref. No: WSU-IRRC/011/2024. A letter of cooperation was taken from the Wolaita Sodo University College of health science and Medicine to Selected districts. Oral informed consent was obtained from each study participants after explaining the study objectives and procedures and their right to refuse not to participate in the study any time they want was assured. Confidentiality of the information was ensured by coding.
