: The study protocol received approval from the institutional review board and ethical committee of the Tehran University of Medical Sciences on June 24, 2022, under reference code IR.TUMS.IKHC.REC.1401.062. All procedures adhered strictly to the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki. Before enrollment, a detailed verbal and written explanation of the study’s aims was provided to the participants. Informed verbal and written consent were obtained from all participants, who were also assured that they could withdraw from the study at any time without affecting their postpartum care.
