: This study was based on routine monitoring data collected during the Mass Drug Administration (MDA) Coverage Evaluation for Lymphatic Filariasis (LF), conducted under official government protocols. Ethical clearance for analysis and publication was subsequently granted by the Institutional Research Committee (IRC) and Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC) of AIIMS Deoghar, Jharkhand, India (Ref. No. 2023-159-EMP-03). All participants were informed about the purpose of the survey, and written informed consent was obtained prior to data collection. Strict confidentiality of participant information was maintained throughout, and all data were used exclusively for programmatic improvement and research. The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki.
