: Approval was obtained from the Health Research Ethics Committee of the University of Tanta, Faculty of Medicine, Tanta city, Egypt, with reference number 36264PR1370. The study was conducted in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the Health Research Ethics Committee of the University of Tanta, Faculty of Medicine and adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki. Formal Communications with Deans of Tanta faculties of Medicine, Arts, Commerce and Law to get official permissions for data collection from students. The goals and benefits of the research were clarified to all the participants. Participants were requested to freely complete the study questionnaire and were assured of the confidentiality of the obtained data. Participants’ informed consent was implied by their completion of the questionnaire. We also confirmed voluntary participation and they could withdraw without giving any excuse.
