: This study is a secondary analysis of anonymized data obtained from the Ministry of Planning and National Development, Department of Statistics. Because the research utilizes a pre-existing, de-identified dataset, a separate ethical approval number was not required for this study. Permission to access and use the data was formally granted by the Department of Statistics.
