: The protocol for this study was established in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration and approved by the Ethics Committee of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine (Approval Number: 2025-2514-01). Written informed consent will be obtained by the researcher overseeing the assessments prior to participation in any study procedures. Participants will be informed of the study objectives, methods, expected benefits and potential hazards and will be given sufficient time to consider their participation and ask questions. It will be made completely and unambiguously clear to each participant that he or she is free to refuse participation and can withdraw consent at any time, with no penalty and no effect on their existing treatment. Only participants who are able to provide legal consent can participate in this study. Signed informed consent forms will be kept on file by the investigator and will be stored in an encrypted digital database.
