: The present study was approved by the Ethics Committee of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University (No. SDTA-2016-12) and written informed consent was provided by all patients prior to the study start. All procedures followed institutional ethical standards and the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki, including later amendments.
