: The study adheres to the principles outlined in the Helsinki Declaration of 1975, revised in 2013, and the Swedish National “Good Research Practice” guidelines (Swedish Research Council, 2017). The study was reviewed by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (reg. no. 2022–03900-01). The Ethical Review Authority had no ethical objections to the research project. All participants, facilitators and students were given both written and verbal information about the study and gave informed written consent to participate. The participants were explicitly informed that their participation was voluntary and that they had the freedom to withdraw from the study at any point without any consequences. Information about the research was also given by course coordinators at the beginning of each semester, and the written information was accessible to the students through their online student platform.

: Dieckmann holds a professorship with the University of Stavanger that was established by an unconditional grant by the Laerdal Foundation to the University and that is currently financed by the university itself.
