Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Cultural and Behavioral Studies of Heidelberg University (with a registration number. AZ Beu 2023 1/1.), and FT participants provided informed consent. According to these guidelines, we were under the Heidelberg Ethical Authorization, but the need for consent, the information requirements, confidentiality obligations, and the use requirement were implemented. (World Medical Association, 2008). The trainees participated in the study voluntarily, and they were informed of all the details of the study, especially the purpose of the research.
