: This study was performed in line with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee of Shizuoka Saiseikai General Hospital (approval no. 1-20-02). All data were recorded in a database, and study data were retrospectively extracted from this database for secondary use, thus waiving the requirement for written informed consent. The patients’ right to decline enrollment was ensured through an opt-out method.
