: Approval was obtained from the Ethical Review Board (IRB) of Foundation University Islamabad, and permission was granted to carry it out. Targeted schools were approached and informed about the study details. Written informed consent was obtained from them regarding voluntarily permitting to carry out the study trial on their premises.
