KG has Bachelor Degree in pharmacy, Masters of Business Administration specialization in Leadership and Masters Degree in Public Health.SW is an assistant professor of public health at GAMBY Medical College. SW has degree of Doctor of Medicine and International Masters Degree in Public Health.
: The study was approved by GAMBY College of Medical Sciences (GAMBY, IRERC, 2017) and Addis Ababa Health Bureau (Ref. No: AAHB/6191/227) research ethics review committees. Supportive letter was obtained from Addis Ababa Health Bureau. Furthermore, prior to data collection permission was obtained from all sub-cities of Addis Ababa, all health centers and organizations selected for this study. Written consent was taken from study participants and the key informants after telling the objective of the study. Participants were informed that participation is voluntary and they could withdraw from the study at any time. The privacy of participants was fully respected during data collection and personal identifiers were not used to ensure anonymity. Finally, the collected data and audio records as well as transcripts were kept in a safe place and were accessible only to the research team.
