Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was approved by the Nepal Health Research Council including ethical clearance. All aspects of the study were conducted according to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. Written and/or verbal consent to participate was obtained from heads of households or an adult participant prior to interviews. Participant information in questionnaires were securely stored in PI’s office and identified by study number.
