: The study protocol was approved by the Oromia Health Bureau Research Ethics Review committee before the actual commencement of the study on July 10,2023, with Ref.no BFO/WBTFH/146/586. An ethical clearance letter was obtained. Informed consent, as well as written and verbal consent, was obtained from all subjects. A support letter was written from the regional health bureau to zones and woreda for facilitation during the study period. All methods were carried out according to relevant guidelines and regulations. To ensure confidentiality, participants' names and other identifiers were not recorded in the data abstraction format.
