: The study received approval from the Faculty of Medicine, Fayoum University and the Ministry of Social Solidarity. Permissions were obtained from orphanage administrators who were informed about purpose of the study. Written informed consent was provided by the children’s guardians, with assent obtained from children aged 8 and above. Privacy was ensured during examinations. Appropriate treatments and prescriptions were given for dermatological conditions.
