: This survey was approved by two institutions namely: Ghana Health Service Ethics Review Committee (GHS-ERC:007/01/22) and the Noguchi Memorial Institute of Medical Research (NMIMR-IRB CPN 028/21-22). All participants in the survey were required to sign an informed consent form. The survey was voluntary, and the consenting process was explained to participants to willingly decide to partake in the study.
