: Our study has been performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. We received ethical approval from the Ethics Review Committee of the Faculty of Medicine and Allied Sciences, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka (ERC/2020/74). We obtained informed written consent from all the study participants, and each participant was assigned a unique participant ID. We maintained data confidentiality by using pseudonyms for study sites and participants throughout the data management process and dissemination.
