: This study used data derived from four prospective tuberculosis cohort studies. All studies were conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and were approved by the respective institutional review boards. The COSMOTB pilot phase (2016–2018) protocol was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Chungbuk National University Hospital (No. 2016-10-003). The COSMOTB phase 1 study (2019–2021) was approved by the Institutional Review Board of the Catholic University of Korea (IRB No. C19ONDI0458), and the subsequent COSMOTB phase 2 study (2022–2024) was approved by the same institution (IRB No. XC22ENDI0023). The SAFE-TB study (2020–2022) was approved by the Institutional Review Board of the Catholic University of Korea (IRB No. XC20ENDI0086).
