: All three participants provided written informed consent prior to participation. The device was used strictly within its approved intended purpose as part of the manufacturer’s Post-Market Clinical Follow-up (PMCF) activities under Regulation (EU) 2017/745. No additional medical procedures were introduced beyond normal use of the device. According to applicable national regulations in Poland, formal ethics committee approval was not required. The procedures complied with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
