Change Details: <b>Editor's note:</b> The Editor-in-Chief would like to inform the readers that following the publication of this article, concerns were raised regarding the lack of full informed consent for using patients' blood samples for the mitochondrial study and the failure to declare a Conflict of Interest by the authors. The authors were contacted for an explanation of concerns. The authors were able to provide Informed consent that does not seem to indicate that collected patients' blood samples would be used for the mitochondrial study presented in the section 'Measurement of Cellular bioenergetics' of this article.

Change Details: Regarding concerns of the Declaration of Conflict of Interest, Editors have noted that the second author, Johann Lahodny has declared using OHT therapy in his clinic and using blood samples from patients who visited his clinic in the published article. However, the first author, Brigitte König failed to declare her financial interests in Magdeburg Germany (MMD GmbH & Co. KG) where the mitochondrial study experiments were performed.
