Living in Kyiv, Ukraine and Toronto, Canada, he is co-founder of, a cultural-intelligence and collaborative-learning consultancy, and an Associate Researcher at the EILAB, UOIT, Canada.Dr. Olena Mykhailenko is a trilingual educator, economist, former government advisor and consultant living in Kyiv, Ukraine and Toronto, Canada. As co-founder ofand an Associate Researcher of the EILAB, UOIT, Canada, she facilitates workshops for educators and business professionals on cultural intelligence and collaborative thinking. His research explores digital competency and technology use in learning, and the development of fully online learning environments.Dr. Wendy Barber is the Past Director of the Bachelor of Education program at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology in Oshawa, Canada. Her research interests lie in health and physical education, and creating online communities.
