Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Approval by the National Committee of Ethics and Research of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire was obtained on August 25, 2015 (No. 050 / MSLS / CNER-dkn). The Institutional Review Board of the IRC also approved the protocol of this research (No. H 1.00.003) by decision of September 9, 2015 (IRB# 00009752 FWA #: 00022773). All 62 respondents provided their written consent to participate to this study.
: Before signing the consent form, all respondents were informed of the future publication of the study results. They all agreed to have their quotes possibly published.
