: Ethical approval was obtained from the institutional review committee of the JP Grant School of Public Health, BRAC (Bangladesh Rural Advancement Committee) University. Prior permission to conduct the study was sought from BIHS and DMCH authorities. Informed written consent was obtained from all the patients after fully explaining the nature, purpose, and procedures used for the study. Participants were informed about the confidentiality of the information, and the ID numbers of patients were used to maintain anonymity. The right to withdraw from the interview at any time and future benefits of the study were also communicated to participants.
