: The DHS obtained Ethical approval (FWA000008450) from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Inner-City Fund (ICF) International Macro at Fairfax, Virginia, United States, and the respective countries IRB where the survey was conducted. The authors were granted access to the data following request. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to data collection as per IRB ethical guidelines for research conduct in the settings. The study did not involve experiment or trial, and all methods were implemented in line with the relevant Strobe reporting guidelines (Supplementary Table 2).
