: Before the trial started, ethical permission was obtained from the Federal Medical Centre, Gusau Research Ethics Committee (Ethics reference NO: FMC/2021/985/008/NHREC/TR/19/03/2016), during a review meeting held on 25/06/2023. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants after a detailed explanation of the study. Every participant received thorough descriptions of the processes, goals, possible dangers, and advantages of the research. Prior to data collection, the participants were asked to sign informed permission forms, which guaranteed their voluntary participation. Approval was granted with the understanding that the Guidelines for the Ethical Research Practice ( ) would be strictly adhered to.
