: This study was jointly approved with a waiver of consent by the AIHW Ethics Committee (EO2018/2/451 “Stillbirths in Australia: An epidemiological study to identify and quantify stillbirth risk”) and Mater Research Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) (HREC/15/MHS/36).
