Declarations
:
: This study protocol assumes radiotherapy being the standard of care, and there is no intervention performed specific to this protocol. Therefore, no informed patient consent is needed to collect the data required for the analyses. Each centre has acquired a separate local approval for accessing and collecting patient data for research. Each local coordinating investigator has provided a copy of the letter confirming that use of data for research has been approved (e.g. from the Institutional Review Board, IRB), including approval reference number, to the central study coordinator. For UK centres which could not gain local approval to access and collect patient data for the purpose of the project, a central project application was submitted for review by the Health Research Authority (HRA) and the Research Ethics Committee (REC). The central project application has received HRA and REC approval (IRAS project ID: 303103, REC reference: /WA/0081).
: Not applicable.
