Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was conducted at Acıbadem Maslak Hospital, Istanbul, Turkey, between January 2023 and March 2025. Ethical approval was obtained from the Acıbadem Maslak Hospital ATADEK Ethics Committee (Decision No. 2025 09/361, dated June 13, 2025). All procedures were conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional research committee and the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments. Verbal informed consent was obtained from all caregivers prior to participation during routine clinic visits, as approved by the ethics committee.
