: This study was developed per the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcome Research guidelines with guidance from the developers of the United States Ped-PRO-CTCAE version to ensure that the Swahili version was conceptually equivalent to the original. In order to ensure patient safety and confidentiality, each interview was conducted in a private room with the participant and two interviewers. IRB approval by the CUHAS/BMC Ethical Review Board, and the Tanzanian National Institute of Medical Research.
