: This study was conducted in accordance with the declaration of Helsinki and with Ethical permission from The Swedish Ethical Review Authority (Dnr. 2020-03029, 2020–07121 and 2020-04012). All patients and relatives were informed that clinical and follow up outcome data were collected as part of national routine quality assessment. All participants were informed that they could withdraw from the study at any time and that their data would then not be analyzed and presented on an individual basis.
