: Although regulatory criteria for exemption from institutional review board review were met since all collected data were anonymized, review board approval was still obtained for the daily symptom survey and the exit survey of patient experiences. Patients provided consent for analysis of their survey results and received honoraria to compensate for their time for survey completion.
