Ethics approval and consent to participate.: This study received ethical approval from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) Human Research Ethics Committee (UTS HREC REF NO. ETH21-6739). Permission to conduct the study was also granted from the institutional review board (IRB) of each hospital (SPHHMC IRB Ref No. PM23/9235/13/10/22, SPSH IRB V561/11/10/22). The purpose, risk and benefit of the study were all thoroughly explained to the participants before conducting data collection. Written informed consent was obtained from participants who agreed to participate, and they were assured of the anonymity and confidentiality of their personal information. The data were collected in a quite area at the hospital.
