: Ethic approval of de-identified data of this study was granted by the WA Department of Health Human Research Ethics Committee (approval number 2016/24) and the Human Research Ethics Committee of the University of Western Australia (approval number RA/4/20/4070). As this study was considered low risk by the WA Health HREC and due to the de-identified nature of the linked health dataset, the requirement for patient consent was waived. WA Health is the proprietor of this linked health dataset, and the data were anonymised before being transferred to us for analysis.
