: This observational study was approved by the Alaska Area Institutional Review Board (IRB) as expedited research (AAIRB# 2019-03-021). Study data were provided to investigators in de-identified format and a waiver of consent was approved by the Alaska Area IRB. In addition to IRB approval, tribal approval and privacy consult were obtained from the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) and participating regional tribal health organizations prior to starting the study. This manuscript was also reviewed and approved by ANTHC and participating regional tribal health organizations prior to journal submission. All procedures were followed in accordance with the relevant guidelines (including Declaration of Helsinki and U.S. Revised Common Rule).
