: The principles of the Declaration of Helsinki [] were followed, and the study was approved by the Regional Ethical Review Board in Lund, Sweden (2016/618, 2017/205). Before inclusion, oral and written information about the purpose of the study, voluntary participation, and participant’s ability to withdraw from the study at any time without affecting their healthcare and treatment were provided. All participants gave written informed consent and were guaranteed confidentiality. The participants’ names were protected in a code list, which was kept separate from the data, and all data were stored securely according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) [].
