: The study was conducted according to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki 2013 [] and was reviewed and approved by Swedish Ethical Review Authority, no. 2019–04155. The participants were informed orally and in writing about the purpose of the study, voluntary participation and about the right to withdraw from the study at any time without there being any consequences for future care.
