: This study was approved by a positive vote of the Ethics Committee of the Medical Faculty of the Ruhr University Bochum (22-7672). All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations of this ethics committee. All participants gave both verbal and written consent to participate in the study and to conduct the interviews. All participants took part voluntarily and consented to the publication of the results. Doctors received €100 and patients €80 as expense allowances. The study was conducted in accordance with the criteria of the Declaration of Helsinki.
