: Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Review Committee of Patan Academy of Health Sciences (Approval number: nrs2412171965). The study was conducted in accordance to the Declaration of Helsinki. Through the participant information sheet, participants were informed that their involvement in the study was entirely voluntary, they could withdraw anytime, and refusal to participate would not affect any services they were receiving. To ensure privacy, data was collected individually from each participant in a quiet setting. All participants were treated with equal respect and dignity. To maintain confidentiality, findings were reported using code numbers. Access to study materials was restricted to the research team. Before each interview, written informed consent was obtained.
