: The study was approved by the Fırat University Non-Interventional Ethics Committee (Decision number: 01–28/03–82). This retrospective study was by the ethical standards of the institutional and national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. Since this study involved a retrospective review of patient files, the Ethics Committee did not find it necessary to obtain patient consent.
