: Autopsy and case report were done in accordance with the guidelines stated in the ethical document included in the quality manual of the General Directorate of Forensic Science and Criminology (FSD75-QOE-01) and under the authority of the Dubai Police General Department of Forensic Science and Criminology, in accordance with UAE Federal Law and Dubai Health Authority guidelines.
: As per legal and institutional protocols governing medicolegal cases in Dubai, next-of-kin consent was not required for conducting the autopsy or using anonymized data in scientific reporting.
