Ethics approval and consent to participate

: Written consents were obtained from all patients before the procedures after clarification of the benefits and risks of the procedures. The study was approved by Ain Shams University Faculty of Medicine Ethical Committee. The study was retrospective so consent to participate was not required. According to Egyptian law, the patients’ acceptance of admission includes a consent to retrospective use of their anonymous data.
