Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Written consent was obtained from each patient after a thorough explanation of the procedure. The study was approved by the local ethical committee of the Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University, in March 16, 2015, and received final ethical approval from the ethical committee of the Cairo University in March 26, 2015.All patients received the standard care for their condition. The study was observational, with no unapproved or experimental procedures used.
