: The study was approved by the official Ethical Committee at the Faulty of Physical Therapy, Cairo University (No: P.T.REC/012/00916) on Sunday 4/12/2016 and followed the Guidelines of Declaration of Helsinki on the conduct of human research. Written informed consent was obtained from all the patients and control volunteers before study initiation.
