: The protocol of this study was approved by ethics committee of Faculty of Medicine, Assiut University, number of approval 17100942. In addition, all subjects (or their parents or legal guardians) have given their written informed consent. The written informed consent was clear and indicated the purpose of the study, and their freedom to participate or withdraw at any time without any obligation. Furthermore, participants’ confidentiality and anonymity were assured by assigning each participant with a code number for the purpose of analysis only. The study was not based on any incentives or rewards for the participants.
