: We obtained permission to conduct our study from Research Ethics Committee (REC) for Human Subject and animal Research at the Faculty of Medicine, Helwan University, Cairo, Egypt: (serial: 73-2020). All participants gave written informed consent. The procedures followed were in accordance with our protocol. We recruited 140 participants (70 patients and 70 controlled volunteers) who attended at neurology outpatient clinic of Badr University Hospital, Helwan university from December 2020 to October 2021.
