Ethics approval and consent to participate: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Biomedical Research Ethics Committee at Umm Al-Qura University (Reference No. HAPO-02-K-012-2024-12-2421). All procedures conformed to international ethical guidelines, including the Declaration of Helsinki and relevant institutional regulations. The survey began with a cover page containing an information letter that described the study’s objectives, assured participants of data confidentiality, and provided contact details for the research team. Informed consent was obtained electronically through a consent question (“Do you agree to participate in this study?“), with response options of “Yes” or “No.” Participants were informed that participation was voluntary and that they could withdraw from the survey at any time without providing a reason. All data collected were kept confidential and used solely for research purposes.
